If you wish to reserve your sponsorship now, please open the Farm Sponsor or Corporate Sponsor Application form, fill it out and send in with your check today. Farm sponsors may also reserved their sponsorship using the show registration site when it opens.”

Platinum: $1,500 Maximum of 10 farms

• BE SEEN BY ALL ATTENDEES! One complimentary 8×10 display area PLUS two 8×10 holding pens for your alpacas INSIDE COLISEUM, RINGSIDE. Note: holding pens are to be occupied only during judging hours, animals must be stalled overnight in regular stalls in barn.
• Three complimentary stalls in barn closest to coliseum*
• Two new stall mats which will be placed in your holding pens.
• One banner in show ring area of your choice
• Full page color ad in the show program
• Expedited compliance checking on Friday
• One championship class sponsorship, two halter class sponsorships shown in program and announced
• Logo posted on VAOBA Expo website with link to your farm website
• Acknowledgment in show program and throughout show
• Three inserts or promotional items placed in show bags (provided by sponsor)
• If a consortium of farms wishes to pool their resources for this sponsorship level, they may do so, but only one entity will be featured on the VAOBA website.

Gold: $950 Maximum of 15 farms

• Two complimentary stalls in barns nearest the Coliseum after Platinum*
•  If desired, stall location on outside row of stalls facing coliseum to maximize visibility. A 4 foot extension may be added to outside stalls only with your own panels. This location would maximize public viewing of your farm display.
• Half page color ad in the Show Program
• One banner in show ring location of your choice
• Expedited compliance checking on Friday
• Two halter class sponsorship shown in program and announced
• Logo posted on VAOBA Expo website with link to your farm website
• Acknowledgment in show program and throughout show
• Two inserts or promotional items placed in show bags (provided by sponsor)

Silver: $500 Maximum of 15 farms

• One complimentary barn stall* nearest the Coliseum after Platinum and Gold
• Quarter page color ad in Show Program
• Two halter class sponsorships shown in program and announced
• Logo posted on VAOBA Expo website with link to farm website
• Acknowledgment in show program on sponsor listing
• One insert or promotional item placed in show bags (provided by sponsor)

Bronze: $250

• Priority stalling in barn after Platinum, Gold and Silver
• Quarter page black & white ad in show program
• One halter class sponsorship shown in program and announced
• Logo posted on VAOBA Expo website with link to farm website
• Acknowledgment in show program on sponsor listing

Fleece Sponsorship: $500 Maximum of 4

• Two complimentary fleece entries
• Quarter page color ad in show program
• Farm banner hanging at fleece check in and check out area
• Logo posted on VAOBA Expo website with link to farm website
• Sponsorship announced during judges verbal reasons for special fleece awards
• Acknowledgement in show program on sponsor listing

Class Sponsor: $50

• One halter class sponsorship shown in program and announced
• Acknowledgmentin show program on sponsor listing

Corporate Sponsorships: Level I (for sponsors not attending show) $500

• Quarter page color ad in show book
• Ad or insert placed in August VAOBA newsletter
• Logo posted on VAOBA Expo website with link to your website
• One halter class sponsorships shown in program and announced
• One banner hung in coliseum
• One insert or promotional item placed in show bags (provided by sponsor)

Corporate Sponsorships: Level II (for sponsors attending show) $750

• Half page color ad in show book
• Ad or insert placed in August VAOBA newsletter
• One complimentary 10 x 10 vendor space with one table and 2 chairs
• Logo posted on VAOBA Expo website with link to your website
• Two halter class sponsorships shown in program and announced
• One banner hung in coliseum
• Two inserts or promotional items placed in show bags (provided by sponsor)

* Additional stalls are available in addition to complimentary ones at regular stall prices.
